The LBITO program is underwritten by the Port and City of Long Beach, with matching contributions provided by the Center for International Trade Development hosted by Long Beach City College and the World Trade Center Association Los Angeles – Long Beach. The LBITO is jointly staffed by the WTCA and CITD, which provide service to the trade community through the LBITO and act as its “operating partners.”
