Our vision

A thriving business community in the greater Long Beach area that actively pursues strategic investment and economic development opportunities through international trade.

Our mission

To attract new business to the City of Long Beach and help existing businesses in the greater Long Beach area grow and prosper through international trade.

The Long Beach International Trade Office (LBITO) delivers a comprehensive package of free and low-cost services to help Long Beach area companies grow and prosper through international trade. LBITO is funded by the Port of Long Beach and operated jointly by staff from the World Trade Center Association Los Angeles – Long Beach and the Center for International Trade Development, hosted by the Long Beach Community College District.
